The MAC Council of Presidents approved a recommendation from the Council of Directors of Athletics concerning reinstatement of the following championships, beginning with the 2021-22 academic year. In addition, to the reinstatement of these championships, the volleyball championship field has been expanded from 4 to 6 teams.
