The Eastern Michigan University women's golf and volleyball teams received NCAA Public Recognition Awards Wednesday, May 1, for their exceptional work in the classroom as part of the NCAA's Academic Performance Program. The APR is an annual scorecard of academic achievement calculated for all Division I sports teams nationally. This is the seventh straight year that volleyball has been honored, while it marks the third-time in the last four seasons for women's golf.
